I ordered a $19.99 product and my account was charged in the amount of $77.77. If the difference was postage, they could have shipped it around the world for $57.79.
I can not get in touch with a person to talk to, and "chat" won't chat with me when I tell "Jessica" that I was charged $77.77 for a $19.99 product. I am returning them today and if the better part of that $77.77 isn't returned to my account, there is always the BBB and government offices to notify. You sure don't want a pissed customer to be able to file a complaint.
